सीबीआई ने रिश्वत मामले में राजमहल परियोजना, ईसीएल, गोड्डा (झारखंड) के मुख्य प्रबंधक एवं उप प्रबंधक (सिविल) इंजीनियर सहित तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया

सीबीआई ने शिकायतकर्ता से 75000/- रु. की रिश्वत स्वीकार करने से संबंधित मामले में राजमहल परियोजना, ईसीएल, गोड्डा (झारखंड) के मुख्य प्रबंधक एवं उप प्रबंधक (सिविल) इंजीनियर सहित तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया

केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने आज शिकायतकर्ता से 75000/-रु. की रिश्वत स्वीकार करने के मामले में मुख्य प्रबंधक, उप प्रबंधक(सिविल) इंजीनियर, राजमहल परियोजना, ईसीएल, गोड्डा एवं सहायक राजस्व निरीक्षक, राजमहल परियोजना, ईसीएल, गोड्डा सहित तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया।

सीबीआई ने एक शिकायत के आधार पर आरोपी मुख्य प्रबंधक, उप प्रबंधक (सिविल) इंजीनियर, राजमहल परियोजना, ईसीएल, गोड्डा के ओवरसियर एवं सहायक राजस्व निरीक्षक, राजमहल परियोजना, ईसीएल, गोड्डा (झारखंड) के विरुद्ध मामला दर्ज किया जिसमें आरोप है कि आरोपी अधिकारियों ने ईसीएल द्वारा शिकायतकर्ता के घर को ध्वस्त करने के एवज में 12,00,000/- रु. की मुआवजे की राशि की फाइल को निपटाने हेतु शिकायतकर्ता से 6,00,000/- रु. रिश्वत मांगी थी।

सीबीआई ने जाल बिछाया एवं आरोपी उप प्रबंधक (सिविल) इंजीनियर एवं सहायक राजस्व निरीक्षक को रिश्वत राशि के एक हिस्से के तौर पर क्रमशः 25,000 रु. एवं 50,000/- रु. स्वीकार करने के दौरान रंगे हाथ पकड़ा। ट्रैप की कार्यवाही के दौरान, आरोपी मुख्य प्रबंधक को भी पकड़ा गया।

आरोपियों के परिसरों में तलाशी ली जा रही है।

इस मामले में जाँच जारी है।

  The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today arrests three accused including   Chief Manager, Dy. Manager (Civil) Engineer Rajmahal Project, ECL, Godda and Assistant Revenue Inspector, Rajmahal Project, ECL, Godda in a case related to acceptance of Rs. 75,000/- bribe from the complainant.   CBI registered a case on a complaint against accused Chief Manager, Dy. Manager (Civil) Engineer, Overseer of Rajmahal Project, ECL, Godda and Assistant Revenue Inspector, Rajmahal Project, ECL, Godda (Jharkhand) on allegations that accused officials had  demanded bribe of Rs. 6,00,000/- from the complainant to clear the file of compensation amount of Rs. 12,00,000/- in lieu of the demolition of the house of the complainant by ECL.   CBI  laid a trap and caught accused Dy. Manager(Civil) Engineer and Assistant Revenue Inspector,  red handed while accepting Rs. 25,000/- and Rs. 50,000/- respectively as part payment of bribe amount from the complainant. Accused Chief Manager was also caught during trap proceedings.   Searches are being conducted at premises of the accused.   Investigation is continuing.
