Subject: Scheme for grant of Cash Awards to meritorious children of Departmental officers /staff for their performance in the 10th/12th standard Board Examination held in March/April, 2016, 2017 & 20 18:- Reg.

Please refer to this office letter of even no. dated 12.11 .2018 on above mentioned subject.

2. In this regard, it is to intimate that the Competent Authority has extended the last date of receiving the application/nominations for grant of cash award to meritorious children of Departmental officers/staff for their performance in the 10th /12th standard Board Examination held in March/ April, 2016, 2017 & 2018 from 31.12.2018 to 31.03.2019.

3. It is requested that the necessary application/ nomination along with the requisite documents may please be sent on priority so as to reach DGHRD, New Delhi on or before 31.03.2019.

4. All other content of the above mentioned letter dated 12.11.2018 will remain same.
