Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested a Branch Manager and a Field Officer of Punjab National Bank, Garhmukteshwar Branch, Hapur (UP) on demanding and accepting bribe of Rs. 20,000/- from the complainant in connection with approval of a loan. A case was registered against the said accused on a complaint. It was alleged that the complainant had applied for KVIC loan for purchase of swing machines under PMEGP scheme.
