Wage Revision meeting between Bank Union and Indian Banks Association (IBA) held on 5th May 2018.

During this meeting IBA offered only 2 per cent increase in salary, but the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) rejected the increase.
Bank employees unions rejected the hike and decided to go for massive demonstration and 2 days strike during this month end.

After this meeting AIBOA pointed that

” In talks today IBA made a meager offer of 2% increase and hence it was rejected by UFBU. Hold massive demonstrations on 9th May throughout the country. Get ready for 2 days strike by month end. – AIBOA Secretariat ”
