Eighth Central Pay Commission आज 9 सितंबर 2026 को Puducherry में employee organisations, pensioner bodies और अन्य eligible stakeholders के साथ consultation करेगा। Commission की official website पर Puducherry visit की तारीख 9 सितंबर दी गई है।
यह Chennai में 7–8 सितंबर की consultations के बाद southern consultation programme का अगला चरण है। इसके बाद Commission का अगला निर्धारित regional consultation Chandigarh में 16–18 सितंबर को होगा।

Consultation process में pay structure, allowances, pension और service conditions से जुड़े stakeholder inputs Commission की eventual recommendations के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

आज की Puducherry meeting कोई salary revision announcement नहीं है। अभी तक official 8th CPC website पर कोई final fitment factor, revised pay matrix या pension formula घोषित नहीं किया गया है। इसलिए social media पर चल रहे specific salary calculations को official decision न माना जाए।
