8th Central Pay Commission की official website के अनुसार Commission का Bengaluru visit 7 और 8 अक्टूबर 2026 को निर्धारित है। यह Commission की ongoing consultation process का हिस्सा है। Official calendar में अलग-अलग States/UTs में employee associations, unions और अन्य stakeholders के साथ interactions शामिल हैं।
Commission ने आगे Mumbai visit 22–23 अक्टूबर 2026 के लिए भी notice जारी किया है और संबंधित appointment/meeting requests के लिए 10 अक्टूबर तक की deadline दी गई है।
Commission को Government of India ने 3 नवंबर 2025 को constitute किया था और उसे report submit करने के लिए 18 महीने की अवधि दी गई है।
Central Government Employees के लिए महत्व
यह development Railway employees सहित सभी Central Government employees और pensioners के लिए relevant है, क्योंकि 8th CPC की consultation process में pay, allowances, pension और service conditions से संबंधित stakeholder inputs शामिल हैं।
महत्वपूर्ण सावधानी
Bengaluru या Mumbai consultations को salary increase, fitment factor या revised pay की घोषणा नहीं समझना चाहिए। Commission अभी consultation/review process में है। किसी proposed demand को Government-approved benefit मानना सही नहीं होगा।
Practical Action
Employees और pensioners को:
- official 8th CPC notices पर नजर रखनी चाहिए;
- किसी employee association/union की demand को Government decision से अलग समझना चाहिए;
- social media पर चल रहे “final fitment factor” या “final salary” claims को official notification के बिना स्वीकार नहीं करना चाहिए।
